Coconut oil has long been known as a holy grail beauty item. It is used in hundreds of beauty products, but not many people know just how many ways coconut oil can be used in your beauty routine – here are 15 ways coconut oil can take your beauty routine to the next level.

Coconut oil is hands down the best makeup remover you can find. Use a cotton pad to apply the oil to your face and watch the makeup wash away – it will even easily remove waterproof mascara!

Mix together one part coconut oil and two parts anti-bacterial soap to make a makeup brush cleaner that will leave your brushes looking and feeling brand new.

Baking soda and coconut oil mixed in a jar and used as a normal toothpaste will remove the most stubborn stains from your teeth leaving you with a Hollywood smile.

4. Deep Hair Conditioner

Heat a cup of coconut oil and massage into your hair, leave in for one hour and wash off with shampoo and conditioner to repair dry or damaged hair.
