  1. I just started (again) trying to get a good yoga habit in place. I like that it helps my anxiety most! The day after a yoga session I always feel less anxious and need to do fewer breathing exercises to calm down!

    1. that’s the exact reason I started too! I honestly can’t recommend yoga enough when it comes to anxiety, since starting I’ve been able to come off all medication and gone from having several panic attacks a day to barely any at all!
